Tiffany Johnson fell in love with cars at 11 years old, when a Fox body Mustang caught her eye in Yucaipa, California. As a teenager she spent her time building race cars with her friends in Beaumont, California, and here in Marion County, and on Saturdays they'd take them to race at International in Wichita. More than 28 years later, she's still in the car business, and she's never wanted to be anywhere else.
Most shop owners learn the business from the bay. Tiffany learned it from every angle. She worked for Mitchell 1, the company behind the repair guides and software that thousands of shops use every day. She built a marketing company that helps repair shops across the country reach new customers, earned her MBA, and started a consulting firm that helps shop owners run honest, healthy businesses. Years spent inside other people's shops taught her exactly what makes customers trust a shop and what makes them walk away for good.
Moxie is the shop she built with everything she learned.
